Chicago, IL (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Kirk Hinrich paced five Bulls players in double
figures with 23 points to go along with 10 rebounds and seven assists, as
Chicago defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 99-87.
Ben Gordon had 20 points for the Bulls, who won their second straight despite

11 rebounds in significant minutes off the bench.

Spurs, who had a four-game winning streak halted. Bruce Bowen and Michael
Finley each added 10 points.
The Spurs led 24-21 after the first frame, but the Bulls seized a five-point
lead early in the second behind the strength of a 9-0 run, as Viktor
Khryapa's jumper put the Bulls ahead 32-27.

with 4:33 remaining in the second frame, and Chicago led by seven, 52-45, at
the half.
San Antonio got as close as four in the third quarter, but the Bulls held off
the attack and held a 74-64 lead after the third.
Chicago netted nine of the fourth quarter's first 12 points to move their lead
to 83-67 with 9:24 remaining. Hinrich converted a three-point play to open the
run, while Nocioni and Thabo Sefolosha each hit three-pointers.
San Antonio failed to get closer than 12 for a stretch in the fourth, and the
Bulls put the game away with a small 6-1 run that made it a 91-74 with 3:45 to
go.
A three by Bowen with 1:44 on the clock pulled the Spurs to within 93-83 with
under two minutes to play, but San Antonio failed to get any closer.
